Monthly payments will be available to use towards any services and products. All purchases that are rendered will need to be paid in full the day they are received.
Beauty Bank rates and offers cannot be combined with any additional promotions or offers, nor be given, purchased, or transferred to another person who is not a member.
A six-month membership commitment is required to join Beauty Bank. If your cancellation date is within the first six months of membership, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to your monthly payment. This cancellation fee will not go toward your funds available.
You can cancel your membership anytime by notifying HydrateGlo Medspa and IV Hydration Lounge LLC in writing with a 30-day notice. You must complete the final billing cycle within the 30 days to cancel.
